Next step: Revamping all videos for the new version.

There are several "do-it-all" solutions out there. To my experience, that is not always the most efficient way. Thus: Doing less, but provide an easy-to-configure solution might prove to be more efficient as breaking down and enhancing larger solutions to let it do what you need.

FrankCRM follows some core principles:
- separate functionality from settings
- Focus on easy configuration
- slogan: "Configuring is easier as Developing"
- Less is more.

The regular suspects have been dealt with. I squeezed some bugs out of the system, improved some workflows, removed some old code. But also new functionality was introduced, new modules and some improved workflows.

The next iteration of FrankCRM, a FileMaker starter file for those who want to create their special CRM system themselves, has been completed. Version 2 is soon to be released.

VAT calculations are tricky, when trying to provide mechanisms to deal with many scenarios. Think of: including or excluding VAT, unified VAT per invoice or diversified VAT per line item. That’s the start.
