I have a problem with the rainbow analogy. I prefer to liken it more to a pizza. Some slices might have more pepperoni, others more cheese. Every Autistic person is different as is each slice of pizza.

Same here. I look for eye contact first then I'll say something like 'It's great weather' and see where the conversation goes. I had a really good chat last year with a young lady on top of a mountain. I started taking selfies and she offered to take them for me. They were better than mine.

That's generally my perception too. Although I imagine it's easier as a couple than as a single.

Silly is always good. We mustn’t take ourselves too seriously.

My first nude hike was so long ago but I do remember that feeling. I still experience it every time I go out but to a lesser degree now but there is still that mild apprehension which evolves to calmness to being in the moment. And finally to not really caring what anyone else thinks. I am free.

The online world is a funny old place. You find someone whose profile appears to coincide with your own views. Similar naked hiking pictures and comments. You follow, then one morning you open Bsky to be confronted by a close up picture of his d*ck.

I didn't set off until midday to give the air a little time to warm up. The temperature was pretty much OK on the way up and a little cool on top. I stopped for about 30 minutes and had to really get moving to warm up again. But you do acclimatise quite quickly.

That's certainly the impression I got this week. The people I spoke with were happy to engage. We just need more sunshine please.

Usually my first #naked #mountain walk of the season is a cautious one where I feel my way back into #naturism. A few people about and I had two brief conversations, one humorously reminding me about sunscreen, the other, the weather. It just seemed so normal. Perhaps we're getting there.

I did read it, for what it’s worth. I just wouldn’t have thought it would need a great deal of sponsorship. The article gives no indication of what would be required.

It would seem counterintuitive that something as simple as a skinny dip fails because of lack of sponsorship. Or have I misunderstood ?
