Yes however i checked discussions and it appears theres on goin issue regarding 'Fasthpath.fr' fake redirecting servers on CSS; Black Mesa etc. They are bot filled servers containing stolen Steam Auth tickets.
My advice is find fewer players; check discussion tab and download a blacklist.

from my first playthrough of HL2 Mod Swelter and it was quite goofy and i might have found a TF2 Demoman reference.
It was interesting game it is iffy and weird besides i enjoy my adventure. I like how dynamic it was having helicopters fly by and riding a train to sneak into combine base.
