Exciting news from #CONUL25 as the new CONUL Strategy 2025-2029 has been announced! Shaping Tomorrow: The Next Chapter for Irish Research Libraries was unveiled this morning and can be viewed on the CONUL website.

We are thinking about the question "How open should we be?", particularly regarding AI. Oxford are piloting a collaboration with OpenAI, which completes in the Autumn, looking at
- if it can help with workload (think card catalogues!)
- work regarding existing datasets
- scaled digitisation
