I agree Spiders are absolutely fascinating creatures though I prefer to view them at a distance.
I highly recommend "Children of Time" a sci FI book all about spiders becoming the dominant sentient species and how they evolve.

Oh thank you! Yeah my grandpa started woodcarving only when he retired but was immensely productive since I have alot of items after him. Even carved chest and table. The clock is my favorite though
