that's totally fair, I have to get a reassessment soon and it's such a pain, they can also be costly depending on where you are, if you get the chance I'd consider them again though! They've been quite helpful for me

I was on and off adhd meds for about 2 years so it took me quite a while, I start again because I got a bunch of friends who also had adhd and they used meds to mange it so I wanted to give it another shot :>

I had a very similar thing where I quit meds cause there just were too many side effects and it wasn't helping me focus at all, but I tried concerta again after finding some old pills in my drawer and I split the pill in half and it's just perfect for me, barely any side effects it's crazy

Doctors seem to have this weird thing where they want you to be on the highest dose which isn't rlly a good idea, I already couldn't function on 30mg and 40mg ritialin I couldn't imagine 60 even though my doctor wanted me to get there

Do you have ADHD? If so you might have to alter the dose or change meds, I was on ritalin for a month and only got side effects now I'm on about 30mg concerta and it's perfect for me :>
