These cards grade the value of where the pitch ends up. That doesn't always match 1:1 with intent/where you want the pitch to end up. A great example would be that high and inside Changeup vs a LHH. He probably didn't *mean* for it to end up there, but that's a pretty nice place to miss in

They’re predicted likelihoods for the outcomes that a hitter+pitcher have control over (ball/CaStr/HBP/foul/SwStr/field out/1B/2B/3B/HR). Those can then be combined (Ex: Take% or XBH%)

If they’re saying how well a pitcher has done, that seems like a great way of showing how that player is performing relative to the league.
