As others have pointed out, I don't think you're accepting DMs here. But there's no need for a special response or action, I was just poking fun in meme :D It'll get here when it gets here! And I'll wait impatiently AND LIKE IT! ;)

I've been playing with the Kung Fu Flash 2 cartridge I got for my birthday. Sure, it's got its limitations (like not being able to do ROM replacements like the EasyFlash3, apparently), but I've been surprised at how much it's able to do regardless. The discovery journey's been fun, needless to say.

Been looking into microcontroller-/SBC-based carts for C64 (Sidekick64, SIDkick, Kung Fu Flash, etc.). Last night I dreamed that I was building an Atari 2600 cart that allowed it to emulate a C64 ๐Ÿคช. Anyone wanna collab on the next big thing with me? ๐Ÿค‘

At the employee Christmas party and they're calling raffle numbers and they all start with 65, and you start pulling for 6581, 6567, 6510, etc. ๐Ÿ˜

This isn't entirely true, is it? What they paid into from over the years went to those who came before them. What they are receiving comes from those that came after them. So it's, maybe, not as cut-and-dry as 'socialism'. But it's not like it's a personal savings account, either.

Fixed a off-by-one bug today in code enumerating the network interfaces on a Solaris SPARC system. Turns out the bug has been there since the code was imported from Xorg to our CVS repo in 2004.

Also fixed a bug introduced by yours truly a few weeks ago, so they're not all ancient. ;)

Today's mind-blowing moment (with gratuitous quasi-retro-computing vibes):

Does Solaris 11.4 have CVS in it's package repository?

It does!?! Yay, I'm not the only one forced to work with antiquated technologies from the late 80s! :^D
