Now you’re exaggerating.

We are currently playing the mini campaign of scenarios leading up to the siege proper. All very fun, thematic and well done.
The late ninetees Warhammer Siege book is brilliant as well.
The last missing piece in my otherwise quite complete oldschool Eldar army.
A Gary Chalk interview would match perfectly with that…
My latest interview is with Talisman creator Bob Harris!
We had a very fun chat about his work on the game which you can enjoy here:

A script as laden with puns as a treasure galleon is with gold!
Another pet peeve of mine is scale. A lot of modern stuff looks ridiculous to my old metal miniatures.
The same as with fast food burgers in ads vs. the real thing.
I can suggest Austrian Salute near Oberndorf bei Salzburg. Not „quite“ the same as the real thing, but toy soldiers and nice people none the less.
I've been painting up a copy of HeroQuest 1989 for a friend. Here are the Skeletons.
This seemed like a great excuse to try out some new recipes.
A scenic view of a low fantasy city. Tall, half timbered buildings are on either side with some scatter terrain in the middle. Castle walls are in the far background. Lots of tans, browns and greys for the buildings
Quick set up of some Englestaadt terrain this morning. Lots to go of course but should have enough for a game at the end of April (of which I shall post plenty of photos 😊).
No figures in this one as their varnish is drying (again lol)

Jon (a user of the Lead Adventure Forum) has played Torpedoes and Tides with 1/300 models from @warlordgames.com's Cruel Sea range on a 8'x6' table with increased ranges. What a glorious spectacle! #torpedoesandtides #navalwargaming
Absolutely. They look fabulous and extremely neat.
There went some incredible effort into painting those little planes!
Little Wars TV did a good review on their channel (which is great all around anyway).
Can’t be worse than Napoleon.
I will stick with empty Tamiya paint bottles and blu tac, I think.
I watched it yesterday while painting. Most of it would make sense.
Ahem, that was game 4 actually, somebody forgot game 3 at Thermo Pile, ahem
I have just published a new historical scenario for Torpedoes and Tides. It is set in the Adriatic and features an attack by Canadian Coastal Forces legend Capt. Tom Fuller on a German convoy. A video of one of our games is now on Youtube: youtu.be/rPbGw0YF45c?....
For sure.
28mm scale miniatures of children dessed up as fantasy adventurers
Little adventurers
As do I.
Jervis is always worth a watch.
Painting the Honda mon freehand is „great fun“.

I owned this as a teenager & now again, this time I've actually painted it. Find out how I resurrected this classic.
