Very windy afternoon at the reserve, Highlights were Spotted Redshank,2 Knot,Grey Plover,2 Little Tern,100+ Sandwich Terns,Wheatear,Rock Pipit,5 Golden Plover,5 Turnstone,2 Dunlin,30+ Avocets,Marsh Harrier,Sedge Warblers and my first Lesser Whitethroat of the year.

Sightings today included Osprey N mid morning,Yellow Wagtail & 2 Little ringed plovers on dam.
Goshawk,Red Kite & 30+ Sand martins and several Swallows.
Henfield Levels
Most of the water has now gone, but still 3 Little ringed Plovers,16 Lapwings,17 Teal,9 Shovelers,2 Wigeon,2 Gadwall,4 Swallows,House Martin,Cetti’s Warbler & and a Possible Water Pipit which landed in some short sedges out of sight.
There usually fairly common in our garden most years

Warmer this afternoon but still nothing moving except for a distant high Marsh Harrier slowly drifting SWW,which eventually joined up with a Red Kite.Goshawk male over south bank as was a male Peregrine which I just got on as it disappeared behind trees, pair of GBB Gulls on water

Buzzards,Goshawk & Red Kite, still no Osprey.
GBB Gull & LBB Gull noted,at long last got Treecreeper on my patch year list 88.
