I manage by making sure I always get my 3 meals and 8 hours of sleep. Setting a bedtime to guarantee rest. Less gaming, but more engaged while at a table and less post con crud.

We did Jumbo Way Too Many Cats last year with magnets, dry erase boards, and a cat bed as the draw bag. This year, it's 2 games other than that getting jumbo sized.
