I want to learn more about OBS and different details for the bts of stream that make things ruin smooth. I would like to have more stream/life balance to where I can stick to a realistic schedule for myself and be more consistent. I want to do more variety games and attempt to put out content.

Of course. There are a lot of pushes that are happening, and I can see the toll is taking on the steamer because they started a little too early. No need to burn that mental candle at both ends and have to take a big break from burnout & end up having it backfire & a negative effect on stream š¾š«°š»

If it seems a bit out of reach for right now, don't burn yourself out with the push. As numbers grow, look again later.

When I was power lifting and on a team, I'd try to make sure I hydrated and stayed away from sugary stuff. It made my cramps sooo much worse and zapped all my energy. I increased my recovery time between sets and made sure I was getting enough carbs and calories.
