One trend in games that I feel like I don't see anymore outside of metroidvanias is this concept of coming back to a previous stage/level with new powerups to explore places you couldn't get to first time around. Anyone know any modern 3D non-metroidvania games that do this?

What is the deal with all these YouTube shorts of shows and movies that don't put the name of the show anywhere? Pisses me off lmao
My Spotify wrapped this year lol
I approve of this order. For me, the first four would be IX>X>XII>VI but probably a good amount of nostalgia bias. I definitely think XII is vastly underrated and that VII and VIII are overrated :)
One of my biggest pet peeves are timers that say e.g., "in 1 day" when the time left is between 24-48 hours... Then only show hours if < 24. "in 1 day" to any reasonable human should mean tomorrow, not the day after tomorrow!
Two things I immediately notice I wish I had in Bluesky, idk if it's a setting or doesn't exist' but 1) being able to collapse replies in comments to see the next direct reply, and 2) being able to swipe left to go back instead of pressing the back button @bsky.app
As much as I hate Trump with every fiber of my being, I think posting fake stuff like this stuff they would do, and is not okay.
Me 15 years ago lol
Man the MW2 days were goated. I never managed to get into any previous or subsequent CoD games but MW2 was my whole life the year that was new lol
Heroes 3 would probably be in my top 10 somewhere too, such an amazing game. Hesitantly excited for the new Heroes coming with the H3 style...
Feels weird to not mention any of my speedgames in Valley, Yooka-Laylee, Sunshine etc, but honestly don't come close to the amount of time I've spent in other games. I do owe speedgames for the best community I've been in though ♥️
Introduce yourself with four video games.
It's quite different what shaped me as a gamer vs. what video games define me today. FFIX was my first big love, SSBM was my almost my whole life in my early 20s, I have over 5000hrs in PoE, and TM has been a comfy staple for over a decade.
The Assassin deck making more sense now... :)
Wow this would be great in my Nashi, Moon's Legacy deck. If I have Conspiracy/Maskwood Nexus effects I could then use this to be able to copy any permanent from my graveyard, not just rats and legendaries... Very sadge :(
AFAIK, only those two cards (exquisite and bloodthirsty) have this text. The other side (sanguine bond effect) has like 9 or so versions.

Elon Musk has ruined quote reposts just saying "interesting" or "🤔" for me lol, automatically assume it's going to be some misinformation or bad take.
