A beautiful sunny afternoon for the oaths and declarations ahead of Petertide this weekend.

Please do pray for our new Deacons and Priests, serving parishes across Norfolk and Waveney.

I’m really looking forward to this. We’ll be taking the Good News of Jesus around the waterways of Norfolk. Travelling the Broads on a wherry! I promise I’m working!

This is Eve. She was confirmed this morning at St Mary Diss. Her testimony was beautiful as she spoke of God calling her back to worship. Her story mirrors so many others I’m meeting. Finding meaning and hope in Jesus. Get to Church and discover what Eve has.

I love the old countryside services. Today’s Plough Sunday service was at Larling. Prayers for the agricultural community as we start the new year.

This morning we celebrated 25 years of the Church plant at Cliff Park Gorleston. They are a great community of mission hearted, generous servants. So much to thank God for.

If it’s not your practice to use the daily office, do yourself a favour. This morning’s reading was 1 John 4:7-end and be restored by St John’s glorious meditation on love.
