I went and finished the odd couple of remaining trophies, so now I've 100% completed Blue Prince!
Day 1: ~6 hours, ~20 attempts.
I thought Tomb/SG/PH would be the most common trio to target, but I barely ever drew SG or Hammer. I think I opened the Antechamber three times total. Winning run used Secret Passage on a wing to force Foyer for GH unlocks, and late Foundation instead of PH.
Dare mode: cleared on Day 9.
Dares were mid-ish hard. Draft costliest room + end day with a gem combo is really rough. 20 steps is trivial, 6 colors made me force using upgrades to make rooms green. Still won with PH access rather than Foundation.
Curse mode: cleared on Day 61.
I spent the first ~30 days just farming stars and calling it, then farmed allowance and targeted Power Hammer and SD. I upgraded Boudoir to +3 apples for the experiment trigger. I won using that trigger + unseal door; never set foot in the basement!
I spent this week clearing the various Blue Prince hard modes/challenges. They were really fun! Curse mode was by far the hardest, then Day 1, then Dare mode was the easiest. Next is to fill out the trophy case with the two odd trophies I never got. Thoughts on each mode in thread >>
M12SP1 was pretty fun to figure out and Cruel Coil is the right kind of simple-but-fun mechanic I want in a door boss.
M12SP2 broke all of our brains to blind prog because of Idyllic Dream, but actually pulling it off feels so good. Fantastic mechanic, pretty good fight.
M11S had some similarly finicky problems and the arena floor being hard to parse does not feel like a fun kind of difficulty. You *can* get good at it, but it doesn't feel good. Great to execute once you've got it, though. DPS check was a bit tight, overall fight was a bit too hard for a third floor
M9S was plagued with the NA DDOS problem. We took 20 pulls to clear and only about 10 of those weren't interrupted by the attack. Fun enough first floor though, great spectacle and theming, pretty straightforward.
M10S was miserable blind. Lots of finicky angle measurements on proteans.
I finished blind progging Heavyweight Savage yesterday! Clear VODs here:

Overall, blind experience wasn't great, but M12 was awesome. Details below >
One billion gil!
I...may have made a mistake introducing my brother to MTG. He's spent about $2k per month for the last three months on packs/boxes/bundles and hoo boy that is not sounding healthy

New SDVX is neat, but admittedly my interest is pretty low. The game has been thriving at my local R1 for many years now, and while that's awesome, it also meant that I was only getting to play a few credits per visit, which eventually turned me off of going...
FF Tactics is still incredible and I'm glad it got a decent remaster, love this game so much.
Also my MMR is pretty high, 90% to leaderboard!
This was after 754 total games, and 228 Standard games. I played Bo1 exclusively until a bit into Diamond, where I swapped to Bo3 exclusively. My Bo3 record from there was 14-4, for a 77% win rate.
I've been playing MtG for about 5 weeks, and Standard for about 3, so getting to Mythic this early in my Magic career feels like something I can be really proud of--even if I have a long way to go before I can claim to be a competitive player!
163 games of Standard later...
This game is silly
I started playing MtG recently and yay first draft trophy
Outer Wilds - I played this to try to scratch the Blue Prince itch, but it really didn't come close. There was a bit too little direction for the first 10 hours of the game or so, and each "discovery branch" was a bit too shallow. The final sequence was fantastic, though.
Blue Prince - Incredible game. My soul was absorbed into it. The distinction between lore and puzzle blurs into nothingness. The layering of the mysteries, clues, and puzzles, and the extremity of the things you need to do to solve them--sublime, utterly sublime.
Here's some stats!
I'm pretty deep into Blue Prince and WHAT THE FUCK ARE THESE PUZZLES
i cannot collect these coupons
Back from Japan! Can't post my weeb goods haul because it's too embarrassing but it takes up an entire kitchen counter so yeah that was a lucrative trip lmao. Didn't find any good Symphogear merch, unfortunately.
Yuru Camp Movie - It's Yuru Camp. But a movie. Comfy. Yay.
Seriously, this franchise knows exactly what it wants to do and does not deviate from it in the slightest lol.
"hey how's prog going"
Medalist - The best sports manga I've ever read, and this was a pretty decent adaptation. The mechanics of the art felt kind of subpar, especially compared to the manga, except for the brilliant skating sequences. Tsukasa's is still my favorite. 見なよ…オレの司を…
Ave Mujica - The Die is Cast - Musically I definitely prefer Ave Mujica over MyGO, so I'm glad this was a worthy followup. The character troubles are definitely a little harder to take seriously, though, and there were a few abandoned threads. Not even in a "this is intentionally unresolved" way.
