Erm, not sure what you mean about fixation. Can't remember even writing about the Parkinson era for a long time. Legend is subjective and Cook might well be in that bracket but my opinion is it's too soon to know for sure. He doesn't quite seem at Stuart, Bobby C level but deffo in tier below
