I remember first watching that show and loving those robots. I thought the entire series was going to all about showing them traveling the wasteland. Even though there were lots of other great episodes, I was low-key disappointed that my original expectation was wrong. 😉

Highly recommended!! Just finished it today! I kept my hard copy in pristine condition while I waited for the audio version... because the Peter Clines/Ray Porter combo is always epic! 😀

That whole interview was fantastic, I thought.

I always react with profanity when it would happen.

I think about this more and more as I approach retirement... both from a "dying with dignity" standpoint and also from the standpoint of not wanting to be a burden on my daughter.

I often think that, too... and then feel bad because my daughter is only 24.

I will sheepishly admit that I love Miracle Whip, but I'm also 100% with you on the aging thing! Some in my family use the phrase, "It sucks getting old" and I always think, "Sure... with THAT attitude."

This is absurd even before really thinking about it. AFTER thinking about it, it's... well... I don't have a description that isn't profanity laden and potentially libelous. ;-)

Also, I've noticed that a lot of them leave their jackets unbuttoned when standing up... perhaps to curry favor with their idol, who almost always has his jacket hanging open, looking like a slob.

I just threw up in my mouth a little.
