Barbera d'Alba DOC from G.D. Vajra
We did two slider pairings with our Barbera. One was a fresh mozzarella with basil and a tomato topping, while the other featured morello cherry preserves with blue cheese, balsamic reduction, and lavender.

May 17th is Pinot Grigio Day. We celebrated a bit early with a selection of Pinot Grigios we received from across the Delle Venezie, some from smaller nested DOCs.
