Potential up and coming team on the international games now for sure

So are we all Team Slovakia fans for the rest of today?
It hasn't been just office jobs. Trust me
This entire game was a chess match between Mace and Maas. Alexander was a warrior playing thru injury. TBH I would love to have him in green&white going forward but the Als would be foolish to let him go anywhere
Mace has some off from norm strategies...but they work somehow
@kerette.bsky.social and I drank 2 bottles of wine...IN THE 2ND HALF!
That was WAY too stressful on an old guy
Even with 16 seconds left I was still holding my breath. I've been here before...too many times #ThisIsOurTime
I was surprised by this too
It's Grey Cup 112....its 112 years. Shut up
5.
Finally
112 years and FINALLY 5
And the 110 yard field...thats the bigger problem
Maybe I was thinking of his fiddle player, Al Cherny(sp)
I thought he died 20+ years ago ๐ฌ
But do playoff games count?
Where is Rod Black when we NEED him?!
It wasn't offensive but seemed a lot like many bar bands I've seen
I thought it was my connection (was watching on my phone in a cab) but since I've been in the hotel room the TV feed has frozen 2 or 3 times in the 2nd qtr alone. And don't get me started on Smith & Suits ๐๐ฌ
Landed in Vancouver in time for the anthem. Watched on my phone in the cab to the airport. Checked-in in time to watch the second Riders TD!
Wine poured & snacks happening! #GreyCup2025
A 100 yd field increases td scoring by taking away reasonable fg attempts. All I see is a ton more coffin corner attempts & pooch kicks on 3rd&long. Change where kickoff happen could effectively "shorten" the field for the offense while maintaining the 110 yd field
Now I'll hang up & listen ๐
Until Toronto or Montreal come back and say they don't have room to accommodate benches on both side...so now the width shrinks too.
The 35 second play clock might work, depending how it is handled in the last 3 minutes to keep the frantic CFL endings we all love & watch for. I don't get how 3/
1 & 2 year contracts doesn't breed team familiarity for the teams or the fans buying merch, coaches cap...these are the bigger issues in the game that need adressing, not field size & moving goal posts. Making a rule that team benches have to be on oppositte sides of the field is a no brainer...2/
Not sitting well. Moved the goalposts to the back 1)takes away missed fg returns, 2) makes a fg from the 30yd LOS now a 57 yard try 3) where do they place the ball for the 1 put convert now? Scoring isn't the deciding factor with people not viewing...marketing, no long term contracts for players 1/
Do you have to be a "believer" to get caught up in this? I could use a permanent vacation from this bs right now
Got greedy didn't ya.
