It was def an exercise to research the original fairytale and translate the designs differently but I learned a lot from the experience :3c

TW Blood + Death Nikolai is my Curse of Strahd Oath of Ancients Paladin! This painting depicts right before he takes his oath. Ancient paladins are sworn protectors of the light and I wanted him to be depicted with lots of glowing light from behind him. :) ALT: Nikolai [white haired huge anime boy with long glasses] with blood on his face and outfit walking out of the church holding the lifeless body of a spawn vampire [Doru] he had to behead before he was unable to control his own mind. The painting is filled with yellows and a dark blue outline showing the doorway. There's a glow coming from behind him looking forward to tomorrow.

Art of my OCs Janae, Rain, and Wistaria, all of whom are in my comic Aria of Stars and Snow. The shirt is the same color as her eyes, with long sleeves, a seam in the middle and near the midsection. She has long burgundy pants on and darker shoes.
