Another animation test for Project Magwayen! This time of the antagonist Kaptan, God of the sky, and the celestial domain in Visayan mythos! It's my first time animating lightning, and I saw that red sprites are a really cool thing so I wanted to see if I could make it! 🌩️✨

I missed #IndieAnimationDay , but I'll throw in an outdated animation test for Project Magwayen! It was mainly to see if I could keep her earring consistent and feel like water was passing around it. I've changed the way I'm making her hair now, but it was a fun test! ✨️

Please get your tickets ready while waiting in line! Panel 2: Nao: I'm going for Mascot Cat, what about you? Susuhara: Mascot seal. Nao: Oh! Is he your favorite?

Panel 1: Susuhara nods: Yeah, he fights for the environment and the sea. It's cute. Next to her there is a small mascot seal with a flag saying "let's go!" Nao: ...Somehow that honest answer is much cuter actually. Worker: Next in line please! Panel 2: Susuhara puts her ticket in the worker's hand. Worker: Good luck on getting your favorite mascot! Panel 3: Susuhara turns the lever on the gacha machine, a ball falls out.

Panel 1: Nao leans over Susuhara's shoulder to watch while Susuhara opens the ball to see her prize. Panel 2: The ball pops open and inside is a pink mascot cat keychain.

Susuhara has a menacingly angry expression, she clenches the plastic ball so hard that the plastic starts to crack. Nao while turning the lever to get her own ball nervously says: A-AahAHa! D-Don't worry about it! It's randomized after all!
