A fun fact about this picture: I had to change the frame last minute because people were preparing for a TER coming on the platform next to the one I took this picture on
A SNCF BB 22200 (number 22400) with an unknown livery, alighted on platform C of Grenoble Universités - Gières station. Its headlights are on. In the background, you can see the full splendor and greenery of the mountains that surround Grenoble, including some that are still a bit snowy on the top. One of the two pantographs of the locomotive are on the catenary.
Here's a little nez cassé that I waited patiently for :) Isn't it cute?
I really like this picture (and it might become my phone background one of these days) - I hope you like it too!

I didn't notice this but this is the first time I'm in an ICE to do a France-to-France connection. Danke Deutsche Bahn, hier ist ein Franzbrötchen für euch
A camera on a tripod aimed at a tram railway. Off on the distance, there's a beautiful, slightly snowy mountain and lots of greenery surrounding everything.
How's your Easter Monday? Here's mine

At the forefront of the picture, the name of the station is prominently displayed, accompanied by a slightly peeled logo for the Île-de-France Mobilités transport authority. Underneath all of this, you see a road with cars on it and a bridge, surrounded by houses and trees in a suburban environment.
After a small hiatus due to my great sysadmin skills, today's #trainspotting picture is not a train, but a cable car! This is the C1 cable car, in Île-de-France (France, obviously), connecting Pointe du Lac (Créteil) to Villeneuve-Saint-Georges. It opened on […]
