received a live plant order from Territorial Seeds. I've gotten many seeds but first time with live plants. the drought is so bad here thought I would give them a try-2 cantaloupes, 1 Turkish eggplant and 1 gin fizz tomato. I'll grow these in earth box type planters until the drought lifts.🌱

I remain in awe of the surrealist painters. the imaginations and abilities are really mind boggling in a good way.

2 hours later, I'm watching a tutorial on how to weave a basket out of carrots.
I like these bokashi composters. they do a bang up job on most scraps with minimal foul odors. this batch has been in a while and smells like mushroom/dirt/earth. I drain off liquids for fertilizer and bury the rest around the garden to encourage earthworms and beneficials. honey bee likes it too.
It’s all smoke and mirrors and sunshine.
