I hope it works for you! I’ve had tinnitus for years. I need to use a white noise machine at night so I can sleep and I have a hard time focusing on what someone’s saying if there’s any other noise in the room. It’s such a joy to deal with!🙄

They actually did. I have had panic attacks for several years and have learned how to calm myself down. Thankfully I haven't had one in a long time. Retirement has done wonders for calming my anxiety!😂

I have had a few of them, usually when I'm dealing with a stressful situation. Waking in a panic, not being able to breathe. It's absolutely terrifying.
