Your early product will have bugs.
What matters is whether users still love it despite those bugs.
If they do, you’re onto something.

New week, new love from our users :)
Keep going.
Not building only for the person who has every advantage. But also building for the person who's still in the game - and refuses to slow down.
There are a lot of people like Jim out there.
We're building Saner for them too.

We had a great chat. He was honest - the product still needs work. But Saner had already done things for Jim that no other app had done: The Proactive Mode, "It brings me things up - something I may have forgotten.”
That's what “impact” is supposed to be about.
Most productivity AI apps go for: Young. Fast. Already comfortable with technology folks.
Jim does not fit that demographic.
Jim is 60+. Still hustling many jobs. Still raising the bar for himself every single day.
He came across Saner and wanted to make it his daily driver.
That’s the assistant we are building towards.

Then he found Saner and said “It’s priceless.” Why? because something finally told him - in his words - "relax, you got it. Here’s what to do step by step.”
People don't need another to-do list. They need someone in their corner, proactively telling them they'll be okay and work with them.
A doctor with ICU shifts, businesses, and a life to run called Saner "priceless."
And it’s not because of the comprehensive features.
He has tasks everywhere, but no idea what to do first.
He told us he used to write things down everywhere to get them out of his head. Still didn't help.
100k didn't happen in a moment. It accumulated in days where we just tried to be slightly better than the day before.
So, keep pushing!
People expect a growth playbook. A channel nobody's using yet. Some algorithm unlock, or a viral moment. That's not what happened. It's just a compound effect:
• We know more about users
• The product improved a lot
• Word of mouth started kicking in
• We showed up on social media consistently
We just hit 100k users!! Zero paid ads.
Here's exactly what we did in the last 3 months that made us grow faster than the first 21 months combined:
I wish I had a sexy answer.
Saner.AI is growing!!
new day, new love from our users 🤣

This time, the office has glass on all four sides. When you look up, you see blue sky.
This doesn’t mean we’ve become super duper successful. But it’s a step. A small milestone. A bit of fuel on the road to building a great company, and a personal assistant for everyone.
We have a new office!
When we started Saner, we had no office, no team, and honestly, no idea where we’d be working the next day.
Two years ago, our “office” was whatever café in Saigon had an empty table and decent Wi-Fi. We’d order a drink so we could stay a few hours.
Today we’ve moved again.
A user described our product as groundbreaking, and that stopped me for a second.
Because most days don’t feel groundbreaking.
They feel like:
• fixing bugs
• shipping small updates
• talking to users
• improving little by little
Progress is quiet, but users notice it. So, keep going.

Calling Knowledge Management Nerds! What are you waiting for 😌
I love reading our user feedback 😂

Just realized it’s much easier to follow whatever agenda lands in your inbox than to be deliberate about the work that actually matters. I think I’m being productive, but at the end of the day, it doesn’t move the needle.
The things we dread most are often the most important. Do the hard things.
This user gave us really candid feedback - and then wished the entire team a Happy Lunar New Year.
We have some truly lovely, awesome users at Saner.AI
Grateful every day that we get to build for them :)
receiving love every day 🙏

Another day, another miracle created
2 years ago, Redditors were calling us horrible.
Now, we’re changing people’s lives.
One step at a time - this is the impact we’re building toward every day with Saner.AI
To all the founders out there: keep going.

What gives founders that “I’m gonna conquer the world” high?
- Reading user feedback like this 🤌
#startup #founder #userfeedback
“It’s saved my butt many times, bringing things to my attention that I forgot about.”
Imagine a proactive assistant that reminds you what to follow up on every single day without you asking.
No mental load.
No constant checking.
No “oh crap, I forgot.”
It’s not fiction. It’s already on Saner.AI
Early-stage products will have issues. What actually matters is:
1) Is the value bigger than the bugs?
2) How do you respond when things break?
Own it, communicate it, and fix it.

He: “Saner does exactly what I want an assistant to do. So good.”
Me: “Appreciate it man - what should we improve to make this better for you?”
He smiled. “Oh… there’s a lot.”
And then came the hard stuff:
- What’s broken
- What’s annoying
- What bugs does he keep running into
