We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to club sponsor, 57 Tyres, who generously donated £400 raised through a silent auction to the GoFundMe in Ollie’s memory.
Thank you to everyone for joining to remember to Ollie at today’s match. Your support means a great deal to his family, friends and all who knew him.
Thank you to the whole County community for your kindness and response to provide a fitting tribute for a much-loved supporter.
He will be sorely missed, but never forgotten. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and all who knew him at this difficult time.
@1912exiles.com have set up a GoFundMe page in memoriam to support Ollie’s family at this difficult time: www.gofundme.com/f/ydpckb-oli...
The Trust was deeply saddened to hear of the tragic and premature death of Ollie Allen earlier this week.
A loyal fan, following County home and away, Ollie was a true role‑model supporter of both the Trust and the Club, and a great friend to us all.
If you would like to update your details on the Shareholder Register or provide an email address, please email Mike.Everett@newport-county.co.uk.
We would also like to use this opportunity to update and modernise the information we hold on the Shareholder Register, so that we can keep in touch with you more easily in future. It would be particularly helpful to have an email address that we can use to contact you.
If you would like more information on how to donate or transfer your shares, please email shares@ncafctrust.org. You do not need to be a Trust member to do this.
Transferring your shares is a straightforward process, especially if you have the original share certificate and it is in your name. If this is not the case, please do not worry as we can help you with what is needed to support the process.
The most straightforward and financially beneficial way to do this is to transfer them to the Supporters’ Trust. The alternative is to transfer them back to the Club for cancellation.
Some of the owners of those shares have asked how they can donate their shares in the Football Club (Newport Association Football Club Limited) so that they can be used to help increase investment in the Club.

At the most recent Fan Forum in December, there was some discussion on the 21% of shares in the Club that are not owned by the Huw Jenkins or the Supporters’ Trust.
In conjunction with the Club, we have also issued the below message to all shareholders in the Club. Note that this does not apply to any individuals who hold ‘Community Shareholders’ in the Trust.
Best wishes,
