5:57 am. P decides she's ready for breakfast. She puts a mini bagel in the microwave for 30 seconds and then smears it in peanut butter. 5 minutes later, she learns that bread doesn't like the microwave. She persisted in eating 1/2 of the nearly rock-hard bites because she made it. Love this kid.
