I was really hoping the film based off my favourite and most comforting childhood game would have been amazing, but it was very…anticlimactic

I find it funny how one of my favourite characters in the first Mario Movie was just some blorbo who barely has screen time, has no significance to the plot, and has a head full of cotton.

Saw the Mario Galaxy Movie again with a friend. I’ve come to the conclusion that I kind of don’t….like it. I think I hate it.

I have. It isn’t helping.

Have you ever made a stupid mistake in your youth that you didn’t know was wrong at the time? And then the moment you gain a community through your art, the old friend suddenly brings up the mistake from a decade ago and people turn against you even when you have proof to clear your name?

I thought I was doing fine. I thought the meds were helping. I don’t have that spark for art anymore.

I find this suspicious. It just feels like the only reason they’re getting “rid” of it is because they now know what it’s capable of. Chances are Sora A.I. was the rough draft. They tested the waters with the public. The next generative A.I. won’t have noise or a watermark. They don’t give up.
