Yeah it takes a while for approval. When i did it, I didn’t even get notified when it got approved.

I agree except for a point where you clubbed Claude Code with Figma Make. Figma Make is shit but so are most harnesses that sell you credits. It’s how the business model works. Claude code isn’t the same. It’s easy to make it do something you want it to do.

Yes. Starting small is key. I had low expectations when I started then every time I pushed boundaries, things got interesting.

I find it interesting that you didn’t feel satisfied with the outcome of manning with AI. I don’t feel like calling myself a macOS dev either. But i am happy that I can make mini-apps for myself and make open source apps accessible to more.

Yep ‘apps only’ mode reduces the ads to mainly a hero carousel. The other qol improvement is Aerial Views for the Google TV but I learnt they’ve made it harder to install third party screensaver apps 😞

Pinboarder - a minimal menu bar client for macOS

After 10 years of using Pinboard, I finally made a client for my use. Everything was made with AI; the logo(quiver.ai), design(variant.com), Codex, Claude Code. I did the testing. Built on Tauri.
