Really odd having the mental realization that therapy won't help me much since I know how I should feel and react to things, I'm just too mentally ill to be able to put that into action. I guess therapists don't know what to do with someone whose life just falls apart underneath them, regardless.

Also! I still had Facebook show me recommended friends based off my phone contacts, even though I told them not to port over my contacts. They still looked, and showed my profile to people I really would have rathered didn't see it. Led me to go on a phone contact blocking rampage.
I don't doubt that this data is being used in ways we wouldn't approve of.
We can't even be sure that the tracking stopped when we asked them to, or if they just give us that option to make us feel better.
I checked this: Discord, Venmo, Uber/Lyft, Life360, my MEDICAL APPS (ones all my sensitive medical information are on), every website you go to...
Even if it's just tracking activity and not anything you do (and doesn't receive location data, etc) it's still too much.

I--I'm both loving this and hating it. Something about the blursed combination is sending me for a loop!
Been doing this recently with some scene cuts where the reader reaaaaally doesn't need to see another ten paragraphs of mundanities...but oh my soul does it hurt sometimes to cut those silly rambly bits. The story is much better for it, but the pain!
