But i am on the other side of the planet and my mom is crying and I can't do anything.

I don't come on here very often and I dont know if I ever will. My dad has his "this one is going to kill him for sure" diagnosis, and it is a lot harder to handle than I thought it would be.

In some ways, I know this is lucky. Lou Gehrigs isn't painful. It doesn't scramble his brain.

A street scene. It is overcast and early in the morning. Wires cross between buildings and street lamps so frequently it looks like a bird net. There are colourful signs and some lights, some vibrant enough to be reflected on the rain damp path.

I think Juso is pretty.

It was too late. What a nightmare. I'm so sorry little guy. I let you down

It may be worse than that.

Pet sitting worst nightmare: having to get someone elses pet to the vet.

I am a sensitive little loser and can't sleep knowing I have to delicately wrangle an old cat that doesn't trust me into a carrier for what is probably going to be day surgery.

I'm sorry, little dude.

I will not be making a habit of Warhammer art, but I was motivated by a mix of spite and respect in equal measure. This one is for @jmreynolds.bsky.social

Mannfred von Carstein, the best vampire, stands in an ambiguous void and is handed a gun by the true architect of the Old World's destruction (The scheming contractually obligated Black Library Author, and not the multi million dollar plastic dealer who deemed it unprofitable and pulled the plug.) He is encouraged to "Go, do a crime," By that very same author.

AND BOY, DID HE EVER.
Mannfred von Carstein, The Greatest of All Time.

This is how the average Warhammer Fantasy fan views the End Times.

Now say "Thank you, Mannfred" for Age of Sigmar.

Man, I hope Guy Haley writes another Fabius Bile-adjacent book. Like, one a year. Genefather gave a nice sales boost to my trilogy, and I would like that to continue.

Perty and his insufferable brother.

They loved the black market planet, and thought you could make a whole story about that on its own. I may need to reread them all, too.

I wonder who will end up being their favourite?

I still linger on the other hell site because I get to see a bit of Japan's warhammer community. Someone in that has started reading the Fabius Bile omnibus, and I felt warmth and happiness I'd not felt in a long time.

Guess who is still building this monstrosity (its me)

I have never been very confident in doing things and I think after I complete this I will never have that doubt again...

But holy shit it would be nice if my hands could stop shaking.

I have been quietly amassing computer parts and am now about to put them together by myself. 2 hour Linus tech tips from 2024 preserve me and my ham hands.

Can't believe people don't get this; but the reason this payment processor shit has to be all or nothing is because once these freaks establish a line on what fiction is or isn't okay the line will only move further and further in. You have to fight against the line entirely.

Fan Art of Dr Orpheus from Venture Brothers. A greying middle aged man, in a smoking jacket and a ridiculous cloak on top. He appears to be in the middle of explaining something over dramatically (and is probably being ignored)

I remembered I have free will and can draw whatever I want.
Dr Orpheus is my favourite Venture Bros character.

A rough ten minute sketch in red digital pencil. Mannfred von Carstein is an unpleasant bald vampire in bat themed armor, and is extra irritated that Arkhan The Black exists.

When Arkhan dares to exist...

Mannfred von Carstein, the vamp who won Warhammer Fantasy (canon) and my favourite sore loser. I haven't drawn him in forever but I think I've still got it.

I have not been up to very much. Drawing sometimes and thinking mostly. I remain convinced that I want to make a Gargoyles Macbeth vs Dracula comic, and I am also leaning harder into Legend of Zelda stuff.

Who knows if I will go through with any of it.

I got signed out and was too sad to bother changing my password. Unfortunately, I have returned.

Gym twice a week with my husband has been good. I've lost around 6 kg so far, but I also dont have much muscle to begin with, so I'm ready for weight to not go as directly down as I want. I desperately need core strength... but it hurts after. Ooggh...

Tumblr really liked the curly loose hair Ganon.
It's a shame that Wind Waker is where my heart lay.

Local fantasy antichrist believes he is tougher than decompression. He is half right.

Work In progress/maybe won't finish.

Twilight Princess Ganon is next, but he's been kicking my ass.
Six sketches lost to his armor and headpiece so far.
I took his hair curlers away as vengeance

Why does this work
How can he wear princess curls this well
I need to explore this a bit more.

Toon Ganon may still be best Ganon.

Static pose, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Ganondorf before the time skip. Standing on a sunset Gradient because I am weak at backgrounds.

Going to try to draw all the Ganondorfs.
Ocarina of Time goes first.

I don't remember how to shade at all :'D

I was too young to be playing N64. It was over for me.
I hope to do more art this year, even if I don't finish any of it.
