give him this docs.google.com/spreadsheets... big spreadsheets with a lot of resources for game design
So I have finally decided to improve my writing and narrative design skills by creating a small setting where I can make small stories.
Already finished one small story that was a try at a certain style of writing, and it turns out pretty ok I think.. May publish them when I'm done.

THE TIME HAS COME..
The Weaver's Doors is finally out and you can have it for FREE until the 2nd of April.
it's a solo roleplaying game about exploring deep space with your crew.

have fun and enjoy the journey !
I still think about how Ubisoft used UbiArt Framework a couple of times and then just never used it again even though it was a really cool tool..
well, time to start my new ttrpg project. idk when its gonna be finish since i wanna make something more polish and clean but its gonna be about travelling in space and trying to not lose any of your crew member during the voyage..

oohh neat i might try that for my next playthrough, thanks !
what is the skull in the left corner of the viewport ? permadeath mod ?
ok so i'm trying to make the HUD look nice and I think i'm getting somewhere now. Maybe it's time to make the inventory system and adding object to the world

did some more work on the roguelike game im making. did some tweaking on the procgen for the levels, added vegetation and basic monsters
#ascii #roguelike #gamedev #indiegame #screenshotsaturday #procgen
nope it's free for non commercial games
dont know what type of game you wanna make but godot can do 2D and 3D games, the interface is pretty solid and the documentation are pretty good and plenty of tutorial on youtube. You might also wanna check Gamemaker Studio since it has visual script and is quite good for 2D games.
I made some solo ttrpg that are free and kinda cool (maybe ?)
Fish & Dice : computerdwarf.itch.io/fish-and-dice
Dwune : computerdwarf.itch.io/dwune
Getting stuck causes players to explore the world.
Dying causes players to think about what they're doing.
An "impossible" situation causes players to learn how the game works and eventually achieve the impossible.
We need to be able to design *some* games around these fundamental ideas.

really enjoyed making this so here is another video of me playing it before I release it this month or something
#gamedev #screenshotsaturday
yep
After making some small prototypes to see what game I wanna make next, I started working on a Broughlike kind of game where you play a wizard and only move based on random choices you have each turn with limited mana and I really like this, I even started making sprites for it!
