Ah it’s that time of year where I go through my husbands wardrobe, find the stuff that still has tags on it from last year and give him it again… 5 years straight and he hasn’t noticed yet!
It can be so easy to take the impact you have on people for granted because it’s just your normal day to day. But the VIBE presentations always make me overwhelmingly proud to be just a small part of peoples leadership development 🌟
For the next 3 days I will be hosting the GTCS accredited VIBE for Middle Leaders Practitonery Enquiry Panel with head teachers from across Scotland.
Our candidates have the opportunity to share their practitioner enquiry projects as part of the programme.
