Looking at satellite imagery, my big questions were about the church and the tower just down the street. Lots of detail to get into, but looks like it fits! Kinda cool having the church within the block too, if it's cool with them. Honestly, big picture, feels like a big win.

I'm not super familiar with the physical and political geography of KC, but Crown Center seems on the surface like an interesting site. Will be really intrigued to see how they squeeze a stadium in there though.

I don't think public money should go to stadiums unless the public then owns the stadium, but since this was happening anyway, I'm just glad they're not putting it in the burbs
