I was in NYC this week for business, sitting in a nice steakhouse Wednesday night, you would never know the stock market lost $6 Trillion in value the day before. Everyone seemed in a good mood. Guess the bond market overnight caused Trump to pause the tariffs, and the market rallied the next day.

We tried mass tariffs in 1828, and it crashed the economy. We tried again in 1930, and it crashed the economy.

Third time’s the charm, I guess.

If we want to reach the average working person in this country, we need resist the temptation to talk over them.

Don't get me wrong, I'm 100% in support of what AOC and Bernie Sanders are doing, my concern is branding these rallies with the word, Oligarchy. The plumber in Toledo or the pipefitter in East Texas probably won't bother to look up the word to know what these rallies are about.
