Spamton looks surprised through his tears as his breakdown is interrupted by Tenna suddenly pulling him close into his arms. In the next panel Spamton desperately hugs back as he's trembling and sobbing, hiding his face in Tenna's chest as Tenna holds him tenderly, still kneeling on the floor. Tenna starts to comfort him by saying "oh, darling... you always acted like we're the same size - no one had done that for me before!". In the next panel Spamton pulls back slightly, his tears still overflowing but he now looks more annoyed that he can't stop their flow, squinting and hiccuping quietly. Tenna himself is slightly tearing up too now as he continues: "so don't go and start treating me like I'm bigger than you now". Spamton sniffles out a "shut up - you don't even have a ring" halfheartedly, not actually complaining but trying to save some dignity as he begins to wipe at his tears with his sleeve. Tenna finds this very cute, deciding to tease him further by laughing and responding "whoops! My silly old head, must have gotten a wire or two crossed"

Spamton shyly asks "you really want to make an honest man out of me?" and Tenna responds with "I think we fixed the script, might as well run it, right?". Spamton protests Tenna's seeming nonchalance by trying to say his name again, but Tenna catches on, following with "Haha, I'm serious! Though you gotta promise, no engravings this time" and Spamton curses, as this is a reference to the ill-thought and unlucky engraving he had gotten on the first wedding ring he got Tenna in their past. Spamton decides he's had enough talk and pulls Tenna in for a sudden kiss instead, stopping any further teasing effectively as Tenna blushes furiously, his tail sparking static. In the next panel the pair are leaning their faces together, Spamton's long nose smushed downwards. Tenna giggles and says "I know, I know, I love you too... aaaaand I'll take that as a yes?". Spamton blushes bright red, little heart emojis popping around his head as he replies "yes. Fuck yes yes yes yes yes. Just don't submit complaint when you can't get rid of me later! No money back!". Tenna responds "Oh, don't be silly - there's nothing that I want to keep more." His dialogue box is positioned over the last panel which shows a scene from the future where the pair are peacefully sleeping cuddled together in bed. A wedding ring is visible on Tenna's left hand that he's resting on Spamton's back, while Spamton has the matching band hanging on a string around his neck, which currently he is tenderly cradling in his palm. They both look happy.

Spamton is slightly tipsy, leaning his cheek on one hand and cradling a glass of whiskey in his other, flirtatiously looking up at Tenna with a blush and nervously talking too much, blurting out- “Hey big guy, we basically do everything together 24/7. However, this is absolutely not the correct direction to take the conversation in as Tenna immediately wilts, looking away even as Spamton claps a hand on his shoulder. Tenna attempts to play off the situation by responding with “Ahha yeah, you hear that folks? Nothing to worry about here, ha, no sir! Or, madam I mean.”. In the next panel the atmosphere has turned completely sour as the pair separate from each other slightly, Tenna pulling back the arm that was around Spamton’s chair to instead take a drag of his cigarette while looking away, his screen dimming and expression tight. Spamton in the meanwhile looks angry with himself, downing his drink in one go while thinking “great job, idiot! Went and made him uncomfortable with your shitty advances, as if he’d want anything long term with a small fry like you! Stupid stupid stupid stupid.” His thought bubble is gradually turning to static.

First part of the marriage-related doodle requests I got ✌️ starting with pain sorry. I think in my headcanon they didn’t actually get married before Spamton left but the teasing/joking about it was frequent enough they occasionally fooled others (and backfired yearning on themselves lol)
