Visible is a concrete floor. The floor has a hole in which visible are the remains of a 5/16" anchor. It has been cut off and ground flush to the concrete. Because of the way it was installed, it cannot be easily removed which has driven the current homeowner into a rage.
Unpopular Opinion
To DIY-ers renting a hammer drill to put anchors into a concrete floor...
DRILL THE HOLES COMPLETELY THROUGH THE SLAB
If the next owner wants to remove your damned mess, they can pound the anchor straight through and seal the hole. Otherwise, you end up with this bullshit.

2 LP covers: Iron Maiden's Piece of Mind and Def Leppard's High 'n' Dry. Both show some signs of wear, but no folds or creases.

Breaking out some vintage vinyl. I bought these when they came out, so 1981 for the Def Leppard and '83 for the Iron Maiden. Haven't listened to them in decades.

I just realized we may have done the most Wisconsin things ever: stopped at a brewery to have a beer on the way to the distillery (across the street)
