I’ve made several recipes from omnivorescookbook.com that would fit the bill. They have a wide variety of Chinese dishes from several regions of China. They usually aren’t vegetarian but are vegetable heavy, they usually aren’t too high in fat. Many are spicy but not all by any means.

More first world problems - my tailbone is not used to the lack of padding and hurts *all the time* now. Also, the fancy faux-aeron chair I use for my gaming computer cuts off the circulation in my legs now if I sit there more than an hour. Fortunately my work chair is still ok.
After talking to hubby, who rolled his eyes and said "order the 8s" and remembering I had a new customer coupon for 15% off the whole order, I bit the bullet and placed the order.
This retailer is online only so schlepping myself to the store is not an option. I *really* like the clothes though and so many of my clothes are baggy AF right now. Logically I know worst case scenario is I have to pay shipping to exchange but I can't seem to get past it.
I have not been able to submit my shopping cart because of this. I am afraid to order the 8s and then have to send them back (and pay shipping) for being too small, but also afraid of the 10s being baggy and then being angry at myself for not listening to all the "they size big" warnings.
When I enter ht & wt, look at the pictures, and pick shape choices that, to me, look like what I see in the mirror these days, it comes out an 8. But I cannot make myself actually believe that this is true and I feel like I'm lying to myself and should be picking the "wide" and "curvy" options.
First world problem: I have been looking at some clothes online that I really like. Almost all the reviews say things like "great quality, but I could have ordered the smaller size". I used their online size calculator which puts me either at an 8 or a 10 depending on how I describe my shape. 1/n
