Still Vice's bust glow up piece 💙💙💙

For some background, Leahzel is an oc I won via Raffle, originally designed by K1tsune on Toyhouse. Why do I fear wedding dresses? Well, as a little boy trapped in the claws of his twisted parent's hetero-cis-normative grip, it was expected of me to not only want to get married but to wear a wedding dress. Every time one of the TLC wedding shows would come on, my mother would be infatuated by the idea of dress shopping with her dearest child. After coming out to my family (which should not have came as a surprise to anyone) I was met by mourning from my selfish mother. Fast forward to today, I'm in my 20's, the so called prime of my life, and I've already made peace with the fact I will never get married. Thus weddings scare me, a residual fear of what my parents wanted for me. I have no reason to fear this, and yet I still do. So what does this piece actually represent? Two things: -Leahzel, a female robot often detained to submission at the hands of humans has found herself free and in love, making her own choices in life and choosing the one who is right for her. The dress she wears is modern but unique, pulling from pre-Victorian She has seen the pain of emotional slavery and forced companionship, yet knows now she is safe. Yet she is a fiery soul, given the chance she'd tear down those who hurt her before, to break their hearts like her soul once was. Leahzel represents loving beyond hate, beyond your past, whilst never forgetting what brought you here. -As mentioned before, I fear this kind of thing being presented in media. I stray far away from marriage as a theme, creating a whole new legal concept in my fictional world to improve on the concept. Yet now I feel better, as silly as it sounds, that it isn't scary to observe these things. Even if I do not understand them. Someone out there has similar goals to me, perhaps that is getting married. It doesn't make them or I less valid for wanting such.

For this debut of my character Leahzel, I had to step out my comfort zone and draw a wedding dress. However, this piece stands in protest of what I am vs what people expected of me. For I am free to feel.

I saw an infographic a couple years ago about how to remove source identifiers from links and why it's important, but I can't find it again and too many people I know are sending me links with them so here's an infographic straight from the oven
