Clearly not.

I mean, this is reform. The 'spec' of the reform person. It's surely not so much poor vetting, as poor subterfuge or disguise?
Uninspiring. Disappointment. Yes
Most else, confection.
Love the clever strap line....
"...produce our own fuel again..."
As if we just chose not to produce gluts of oil and gas (instead of the last dregs being too difficult and costly and not worthwhile to extract)
Thiel/palantir so deep in UK government too.
Some signs we might start to remove palantir? But the creeping power/promises made to UK politicians to get palantir in, surely won't be beaten that easily? And the threats to re-election against anyone who dared to try to remove them?
Wow. All so big.
The replies say it all.
Arsehole not to be trusted, or forgiven, gonna have a shot at 2028.
Yeah but stings worse for a giant narcissist
A lot more needed to be done to improve cross Europe trains. Some recognition and perhaps 'shaming' may help!

.. perspectives?
"The world of the last 40 years wasn't fair after all, so why not vote for fascists" is not my perspective.
Mine might be that the world tried pretty hard, had lots of failings, but it's heart was in the right place. Now bad people are taking over and it's really not a fair place
“We’re turning to this story right now because Hamlet is a character going through a version of what we all are at the moment,” Ahmed tells Mishal Husain. “He’s grieving the illusion that the world was a fair place.”
Many of us may share this sentiment, but I wonder if from differing...
..talking points from newspaper front pages. Not ok.
Can we not objectively say that racist divisive nasty lies are not acceptable to read out and treat as 'opinions'?
The BBC also reading out quotes, with no assessment or fact check, I think as a way to 'balance'. Absurd.
Dangerous times.
Yes, interesting. Worrying.
Avoiding difficult subjects or avoiding altogether may be sensible within families - but doesn't help the bigger crisis unfolding here.
Some mention of many newspapers being bad enough now - and yet the BBC still publishes all the headlines every day, & takes it's..
Crypto now just corruption
"The EU, for all its flaws & pretensions, is in fact the best guarantor of their prosperity and their freedoms."

Britain needs to get to a stage of making a proper argument to rejoin...a proper argument for the the benefits of EU membership. And the financial reason 'cos we're a bit skint' isn't enough.
No 3 is the right next step. Think we need to be wary of the brexiters forcing/coaxing us to no 4 only.
Feel sorry for you. What a tool he is.
Orban gone. Fantastic.

Rubbish bias and ignorance all over #broadcastinghouse #bbcradio4
From right and also today from the left.
Our national debate in a worse state than our infrastructure and services.
100%. Came here to say this.Unreal.
Combined with nonsense about HS2 (whatever your opinion) and reading out of all drivel about the shock of working with a neighbour (maybe, or probs not) to fend off Russia, and some nonsense about bridges.
15 yrs of services being run down, & projects poorly run.
Shocking ignorance of ‘science’ and simplistic lack of curiosity being demonstrated by the panel on #BroadcastingHouse #bbcradio4 discussing the Artemis Mission this morning.
You've confused me. How do I think?
By the UK govt, ok
But by the eu, get real.
UK is democratic, sovereign. Always was. The EU can't mess or get involved with us 48%. Of course not.
And they can't trust a quick decision to move closer when cash is tight. They're not softies. Can't be messed around again until it's long-term real
My point is that no political party has laid out why we should rejoin the EU/be closer to the EU, except for our financial benefit.
That's not it.
Trump doing what he did in Argentina....where it worked.
Not heard anyone in Britain make a positive case for the EU yet.
I don't think that "financially it would be better for us as times are tough" is anywhere near enough.
Why would the EU take the risk without such?
This is how a leader of a free world is supposed to speak out his idea of securing freedom & democracy - not the way Trump does.
Zelenskyy:
Sounds so good. If only this could happen. Would be so good.
As I was saying…
