Definitely worth exploring Seattle on weekends. Eastside is very different from Seattle. Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland and Woodinville are on the East side of Lake Washington and mostly car dependent unless you live in downtown Bellevue. Every type of housing available, not familiar w/those cities.
