The other is ceremonial and in Enbarr, to showcase to all present that women can love and marry women, and that class is of no importance. (The fact that Lady Edelgard and Dorothea decided Ochs to be where they wed, for they love the quietness of the land and her company, will forever have her swooning). So she must only invite friends.
