The use of force brings no benefits whatsoever.

As a fellow human being, my heart aches at the horrors happening now.
What is right, world?

Everyone believes their own limited perspective is justice, and in wanting to hold onto that belief, they sometimes try to forcefully twist differing opinions. But we must not forget that there were lives and hearts that never got to see the same dawn as us. We must not take them lightly.

Last night, watching the world news, I wondered, "Why do people wage war?"
Then, as I picked up an empty glass from my desk to take it to the kitchen, a mosquito flew into the rim of the glass. It annoyed me, so I swatted it dead.
And somehow, I also thought, "Is that why war never ends?"

昨日の晩、世界のニュースを見て「どうして人は戦争するの？」と思った。
それから、机にあった空のグラスを持って台所に行こうとしたら1匹の蚊がグラスの口に入ってきて私は不快に思ったから叩き潰した。
そしてなんとなく「だから戦争はなくならないのか。」とも思った。

みんな自分の見えてる範囲こそ正義で、それを信じたくて時に違う意見を強く捻じ曲げようとするけれど、その代償に自分と同じ朝を迎えることができなかった命や心があったことを忘れてはいけない。それらを軽んじてはいけない。

私は同じ人間として今起こっている惨状に心が痛い。
何が正しいのですか、世界。

英語は喋れないけど、英語に限らず母国語（日本語）以外の言語でコミュニケーションを取ってみたい。
普段はDeepLのお世話になりまくり。

I can't speak English, but I'd like to learn languages other than my native tongue (Japanese) to communicate with people from other countries.
I rely heavily on DeepL for translations.
