Not sure I'll be too much help here. I traced my own version based off of the Epson V700/750/800/850 film scanning area guide that comes with those scanners.

Dimensions need to be for transparency size in screen cap offset ~40mm from the top of the scanner.

The good news about the Tachihara is it doesn't take anything super specialized. It will take wooden boards, metal boards, just about anything close to the 140mm size.
