I want the company to be held more responsible when it comes to the safety of their consumers. I dislike the idea of them hiding behind buggy app features that are there to give the illusion of safety. I want drivers to drive with peace of mind when it comes to people who report them out of spite or to not pay. I use Uber from time to time and I don't dislike the service. I dislike how the company doesn't want to put effort in enduring safety. There must be a middle ground we could come to but I don't see one for now, that's why I want to hear opinions.

I get the broad idea and I think it's for a good cause. But if the language/wording is the problem, I want to know what exactly is the problem so I can keep it in mind.

Those are good points. Though you could opt out which I do because it never really works. I prefer this bill because it sets a standard Uber should have done a while ago. I guess I could how this is overkill though. Thank you for your perspective

The bill calls for more security measures for both drivers and passengers by having them install cameras and voice recordings. I personally believe this is a good thing. If you disagree I'd love to hear your points
