If it is a congestion, a switch of implants could be done usually with a surgery, after which I'm back home on the same day.
The unknown for me is, that I have an implant removal already scheduled in 3 weeks, because that is when they can do it "without risk". Maybe the early horny is to blame.🤷
Since yesterday, I started to become feverish and was only able to pee around 200 ml each time I had to. And at the end of each piss, my right flank starts burning like hell too.
Despite me having a newly transplanted ureter, with an implant, I think it's congesting again.
To my surprise (and in contrast to my prior surgeries) doing the horny stuff is working for me quite swimmingly. I also have almost no pain doing No. 1 on the toilet as well.
Perhaps the ureter is far enough away for the horny-relevant organs. I will still take it easy, though.

Unfortunately, horny stuff was/ is one of the main vents how I deal with stress - which in a normal scenario is A-OK.
But being off-horny while dealing with all this stuff has made me (or rather, the mechanism down there) VERY sensitive.
So, I'll just play Pkmn until that works again.
Tomorrow they'll check if my bladder is leaking. If not, I'll get the catheter removed and can finally go home.
I'm planning to isolate myself from the internet for a few weeks, so that everything can heal up nice and easy.
I'm broke, unemployed, currently in a hospital myself and VERY confused as to how I'm of specific relevance for your case.

On a good note: My hospital room neightbor is one of the strongest people I've met yet. Got a kidney transplant, then a surgery shortly after due to ureter trouble. Then, despite all that and still half-paralyzed and in a rough spot, he still looked at the bright side and helped me as well.
Surgery was successful. Need to stay in the hospital until they can remove the catheter. Should everything work on monday, then it's time to go back home until they can remove my implant in a few weeks.
There are still some "ifs" on the horizon, but the goal is in sight.
"No one comes to this room after hours... I'm sure I'll be fine..."
