Meatball ingredients list 
1/4 lb beef,ground
1/4th lb veal, ground
1/4th lb pork, ground

1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter 
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper (can use black pepper idk what white pepper is)
To fry:
2-3 tablespoons butter
Gravy:
Pan juice
1 tablespoon flour
3/4-1 cup cream or milk, salt white pepper

Steps
Melt butter in skillet and sauté onions until golden brown. Soak bread cumos in milk
 Add meat, egg, onion salt and pepper and milk thoroughly until smooth. Shape into balls, using 2 tablespoons dipped in cold water. Fry in butter until evenly brown, shaking pan continuously to make balls round, see illustration page 28 (page you're reading black and white photo of round meatballs in serving bowl dish thing). Remove each batch to saucepan and clear skillet with a litter water, before starting next, saving pan juice so obtained. When all meatballs are fried mix flour and cream/milk, add pan juice, stirring constantly, and simmer 10 minutes. Add more milk or cream if too thick and season. Serve with boiled potatoes, browned potatoes (ask me for recipe) or macaroni creamed vegetables (ask me for recipe) pickled gherkin (pickles) or Lingonberries (I buy the jam/ jelly from Ikea)
