Would you be willing to share a bit more? I'm curious as to how long it took to plan this opportunity and roll out. What were considerations for accountability? Do teachers get to come up w/ plans that align with goals or is the choice given by admin?

This is where our school struggles. We have initiatives, but there is little choice. It's what staff has been asking for, so I am hoping that we can move towards more opportunities where teacher choice can lead to change at a larger level.
