This doesn't make *any* sense for the games.

Rosalina is centuries old and had an entire human family, including a brother (but not sister).

She's not some magical stardust baby created out of thin air, and Peach couldn't be either (much less her sister) without massive retcons.

If Mario fans are so quick to reject a retcon like this, then it is only fair for me to reject Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam’s canonicity and the Koopalings not being Bowser’s kids

I definitely agree. Like I don't know why they want to push the lost sisters back story a thing it's just really disrespectful to the original backstory of Rosalina. I never really saw Peach and Rosalina as sisters really.

Does anyone else feel that the Peach and Rosalina retcon is kinda disrespectful considering how Koizumi pushed for Rosalina’s backstory to be a thing? If Koizumi put so much passion into it, then his original vision should be respected.
