I’m so glad you feel safer here. I’ve always worried about your mental health with all that comes your way and you show such resilience. I also realize it takes it toll on you. So I celebrate that you’ve found a corner of peace on the internet.

Fun Fact: During company wide hack days, I encourage my engineers to hack their careers. That may mean working on a personal development task like writing a personal promotion proposal, learning a skill like public speaking, or shadowing another discipline they are interested in. Always evolve!
